I had become frustrated with editors and publishers. Between articles dying shelf deaths, pay cuts, and FUBAR editing gaffes I said, “Fuck it” and ventured out on my own.
A lot my early posts were articles I had written for bicycle magazines that were never published.
Amongst the never before published articles was the infamous Bob Poor penned “29”ers and the Truth” letter.
I have the freedom to write anything I want whenever I want.
More than that I’ve enjoyed hearing from readers particularly those that have been in the bike industry. I think there is a lot of commonality in our experiences so I’m glad you have liked what I had been doing.
To that end, I would like you to contribute to Bicycle Industrial Complex.
